December is an extremely busy month for the HVAC industry. As winter kicks into full effect, temeperatures drop below freezing in the Seattle area and furnaces begin to operate under a heavy load. We had several furnace service calls in December that resulted in bad news for the homeowner. The father had recently injured his knee and was unable to work fully and unable to pay all of their bills. Even though their unfortunate circumstances, this family donates their time in the winter to Toys for Tots toy drive and also local functions at their church.
